| Kimberly Ann Hamilton, age 36 of Marengo, died Thursday, February 15, 2007 at her home following a sudden illness. Funeral Services: 10:30 A.M. Monday, February 19, 2007 at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo with Rev. Jackie Tjarks officiating. Burial will be at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fairfax. Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. Sunday, February 18, 2007 at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo. A memorial fund has been established.
She is survived by her husband Tad; four sons, Tad II “T.J.”, Samuel, Dakota and Nicholas, all at home; her parents, Larry and Janice Dougherty of Anamosa; a sister, Kris Dougherty of Cedar Rapids, and a step-sister, Sherry Bean of Jackson, TN.
Kimberly Ann Dougherty was born August 8, 1970 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Larry and Janice Husmann Dougherty. She graduated in 1988 from Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids and attended Kirkwood Community College. She married Tad Hamilton on April 21, 1989 in Cedar Rapids. Kimberly was employed on the assembly line at Whirlpool in Amana. She enjoyed mini tractor pulls, reading, and spending time with her family. |
