Regina Ann McBride, age 43, of Marengo, Iowa, died Monday, August 13, 2007 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, IA following an extended illness. Graveside Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 17, 2007 at Green Mound Cemetery, Keithsburg, IL with Rev. Charles Reynolds officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 7 P.M. Thursday, August 16, 2007 at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, IA. A memorial fund has been established.

She is survived by her husband Jeffrey, two sons, Bradley McBride and Brent McBride, a daughter, Tiffany Kimm and husband Jeffrey, and a grandson, Ryan Kimm, all of Marengo. Also surviving are five brothers, Gene Peterson and wife Karen of Keithsburg, IL, Greg Peterson and wife Darlene of Keithsburg, Jeff Peterson and wife Angie of Oquawka, IL, Mike Peterson and wife Tabby of Keithsburg, and Chris Peterson of Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents and a mother-in-law, Betty Hall, whom she cared for.

Regina Ann Peterson was born March 28, 1964 in Aledo, IL, the daughter of Orville and Helen Pilafus Peterson. She graduated from Westmer High School in Joy, IL in 1982 and married Jeffrey A. McBride on September 6, 1983 in Aledo, IL. Regina was a homemaker and has resided in Marengo since 1994.
