| Connie A. Storck, age 70 of Marengo, died Sunday, March 15, 2009 at her home following a brief illness. Funeral Services: 10:30 A.M. Friday, March 20, 2009 at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo with Rev. Jim Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Marengo Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 P.M. Thursday, March 19, 2009 at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Marilyn Mouchka (Dan) of Victor, and Brenda Sedlacek of Marengo; 4 sons, Richard Zuber (Tracey) of Fountain Valley, CA, Raymond Storck Jr. (Jennifer) of Scottsdale, AZ, Lonnie Storck of Marengo, and Dan Storck of West Des Moines; 8 grandchildren, Bryant Westfall of Amana, Chad Cronbaugh and fianceé Ashley Housman of Cedar Rapids, Caleb Cronbaugh of South Amana, Jordan, Travis, and Taylor Storck of Marengo, Becky and Ryan Storck of Scottsdale, AZ; 2 great-granddaughters, Karyssa and Addysyn Westfall, and special friends, Diana, Iris and Rose. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Raymond L. Storck
Constance Ann Wallen was born March 8. 1939 in North English, Iowa, the daughter of Merlyn and Lois Mitchell Griffen. She graduated from North English High School in 1958. She worked for REA (Rural Employment Alternative Inc.) in Conroy, and at Amana Refrigeration. She married Raymond L. Storck on March 8, 1980 in Marengo. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and was an avid fan of Nascar driver Kasey Kahne #9. Connie spent much of her time caring for her friends and neighbors. She was a loving individual who put others before herself. |
